Thrilled to introduce Mirror, our first "learning-from-experience" project! Assume you had a video generative model that, no matter your situation, could always generate video of what it would look like to solve a task. How can you put that plan into action? Clearly, you need to learn some video-to-action mapping - but where do you get the data for that? It turns out you can collect that data in an amazingly sample-efficient way by *incrementally following the video planner*! (1/n)
If video models scale like LLMs, they'll soon generate a perfect video plan for any embodied task. Do we need anything else? Introducing Mirror, which learns to follow these plans just by practicing, and even crafts an iron pickaxe in Minecraft w/o rewards or action labels! (1/n)

it is still very funny that you can basically get fee-free, liquid, and leverageable frontier-ish exposure with copper/power/etc today and basically no one cares. asset management is the business of getting paid to do the not obvious thing.

Weitere Faktoren: -Leicht höhere Inlandnachfrage wegen Herbstbeginn. -Zeitweise niedrigere Wind-/Solarerzeugung. -Kapazitätskürzungen an einzelnen Interkonnektoren (zB ES-FR-Grenze am 18.10.).

Grateful to @deepseek_ai for releasing DeepInfer, initially built primarily on @vllm_project, under Apache 2.0 and crediting the open-source community! We've worked hard on DeepSeek V4.1 Flash inference efficiency and will keep improving with ideas from DeepInfer! Stay tuned 🙌
🚀 Introducing DeepInfer, our in-house inference framework, now fully open source! Powering DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash at scale with high throughput and low latency. We’re sharing our production stack to help the community lower compute costs, reduce energy use, and make AI more affordable. 🔗 github.com/deepseek-ai/DeepI… 1/4

Great work from @XunzhuoLiu and the vLLM Semantic Router team on D3. All six models, from 0.6B to 27B, now have merged vLLM recipes! D3 ranked #1 on both Jev Decision Index 0.3.2 boards: 66.3 text and 71.3 vision (Oct. 12 snapshot). Run multimodal decisions on your own infrastructure through /v1/systemone—with control over data residency, latency budgets and governance. vLLM serves decision models too: the full D3 family, Clef-Flash, Clef-Omni and Liquid d1, through the System One API. D3 returns choices, yes/no answers and scores with probabilities over text, JSON, images and videos. Useful for routing, classification and scoring without generating a long response. In the recipe benchmark, D3 27B delivers 1.8× the requests/sec of its checkpoint server on 1× MI325X at 64 concurrent clients, using the same mixed workload. Start with a current vLLM nightly: vllm serve vllm-sr/d3 Recipes for all six sizes: github.com/vllm-project/reci… API and supported models: docs.vllm.ai/en/latest/model…
Introducing Decision 3.0: towards open multimodal foundation decision models ⚡ Open and state-of-the-art from 0.6B to 27B: #1 on both Jev Decision Index boards in our evaluation, on a new Pareto frontier. HF collection 🤗: huggingface.co/collections/v… #OpenSource #Jev #LLM

🎉 Native, encoder-free VLMs are an important step toward more unified multimodal intelligence. We’re also pioneering this paradigm with our NEO & SenseNova-U series: - NEO: github.com/EvolvingLMMs-Lab/… - SN-U: github.com/OpenSenseNova/Sen… Excited to see the field move forward together!
We now have state-of-the-art pre-trained base models in the 3T-parameter weight class, built entirely in-house at MAI. Post-training results coming soon -- stay tuned! Lots of details in our technical blog post. microsoft.ai/news/frontier-p…

Lakebase architecture has many benefits. One of which is making every dba operation instant. This shift such operations left from dba to a developer and all the way to an agent.
Restoring a 100 TB database with Lakebase Postgres takes seconds. How? A branch-based restore is a metadata operation. It creates a branch at a point in time, referencing immutable history that already lives in decoupled storage. No copying data, no replaying WAL. Recovery is near-instant regardless of database size, and simple enough for agents to use in branching and undo workflows. databricks.com/blog/lakebase…

🤔 Do generated videos form a consistent 3D world? Introducing 𝗢𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗮, our new benchmark for testing how well video models preserve the worlds they generate. orbia-bench.github.io As the camera explores a scene, the model needs to preserve the original environment, retain newly generated content, and produce views that agree in 3D. Visually convincing frames alone cannot tell us whether these requirements are met. Across 720 test cases, 6 motion protocols, and 6 evaluation dimensions, we evaluate 27 models. Our findings reveal that strong visual quality and accurate camera control do not ensure 3D consistency. Models can preserve the input yet lose newly generated content, while local agreement can coexist with global geometric inconsistency. Code, data, and the evaluation toolkit are open. We welcome world models and video generators to try 𝗢𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗮, including models without camera control, which can still be evaluated for 3D self-consistency.

🚀 @AMD MI355X just showed competitive performance to NVIDIA B300 on @Kimi_Moonshot K3 serving! 8× MI355X delivers 24.4% more throughput than HGX B300 (7,567 vs 6,083 tok/s/GPU) at 50 tok/s/user on @SemiAnalysis_ AgentX agentic coding benchmark, and 87.4% more tokens per dollar. We cover the vLLM optimizations, AMD kernels, and hardware details that closed the gap, plus patterns for spotting bottlenecks so you can get more out of vLLM on your own GPUs.
