ALT Dr. Goldman: You didn’t mention coughing into your sleeve. Dr. Saxinger: Oh yeah, implicit. I think that’s a good thing to remind people of though. And you know I think cough hygiene has improved a lot and I still do see people coughing into their sleeve. Here’s a nice little wrinkle on that though. If you have a mask on, people often think they should turn away to cough or sneeze but you should actually stay facing forward when you cough or sneeze. So you should basically aim at people because what happens is most of the material that you expel will go out the side of the mask and so turning your head means that it’s going to go towards the person that you're facing. That’s a weird one but you see it happen a lot. Dr. Goldman: Well you learn something new, I mean I should have known that, that seems very logical but thank you for teaching it to me and to everybody listening to this.
