This issue is not unique to Talon. All, or most, third party apps appear to be experiencing the same issue.

Unfortunately I have no more information about this than anyone else has. Twitter said on their developer console that they sent me an email, but I don't seem to have receive one. It seems like the app is still working for some people, but not everyone (most?)

nothing is broken and there is nothing to fix. Just because you don't like something does not mean that others agree with you. Perhaps there is a reason that this is the color Google has selected for themselves and their design suggestions. I will be following their example.

All third party apps are having the same issue. The fix will have to come from Twitter's side.

local trends get pulled from Twitter, whenever you visit that page. They are never cached. If that is what is shown, then that is what Twitter is providing talon
