Staff have a vested interest in maintaining the insane spending status quo. @Vote4ABC can and should find cost savings which do not materially impact services. $40m alone on staff for CEAP while missing most all climate targets needs to be under the microscope.

Uber drivers gaming the system. They know when flights come into YVR. They hang out at the cell waiting area not accepting hails until surge pricing hits (yeah saw the cars on the location map). Watched surge pricing double the rate. Took a cab for half the price instead. Buh-bye
