I just found out about Margaret Cavendish from the Betwixt the Sheets podcast with @k8_lister. I think I love her, not just because she was a protofeminist, arguably wrote the first scifi novel, but because the expert historian said she had the worst handwriting and spelling!

Thing I’ve noticed over the years with children and soft toys puppets, they either want to cuddle the puppet and be their best friend, or they attack it. There is no middle ground.
