BREAKING: Iran declares "not even a single particle of enriched nuclear material will leave Iran," per SNSC chief Rezaei.
It comes in response to reports claiming Iran agreed to a proposal of confidential IAEA inspections of Iranian nuclear sites and a partial release of $6 billion in Iranian funds frozen in Qatar.
He adds that "there will be no negotiations until the US builds trust, and that trust-building begins with the fulfilment of Iran's conditions."
