Correction: the "Hinduphobia" law (Senate Bill 375) hasn't passed. This was just a resolution (House Resolution 701) with no force of law.
Still, it's worrying that our own politicians are trying to outlaw criticism of Indians.

Given the TPS ruling today, I think it’s an indicator birthright citizenship is about to be gutted…we do face the issue of a half-baked framework SCOTUS will put in place, like they did with abortion. Then Dems will poke holes into to abuse birthright citizenship again, and get their way with lawfare rather than Congress, when it’s best we just strike that amendment down entirely now.
