$HTZ showing zero shortable shares on IBKR with a 25% borrow rate creates real squeeze fuel, but it also signals extreme crowding and violent two-way risk. You and @MikeSInvests have taught me to wait for price and volume confirmation before chasing a setup built mostly on positioning.

$HTZ squeeze speculations Short and Squeeze corner: $HTZ seems to be out of shortable shares on IBKR. Borrow rate is now 25%. Catalyst may intensify squeeze.

Why is the fact that ~131% of the publicly available #Hertz stock being sold short a big deal? In 2021, at its peak, ~140% of #GameStop’s publicly available stock was sold short $GME $HTZ I’d love to see @TheRoaringKitty resurface & disclose a position in $HTZ #MOASS

$HTZ is so absurdly undervalued that the market pricing looks like a mathematical glitch. A century-old American icon generating $9 billion in annual revenue is currently sitting at a $665 million market cap. Divide that equity value by their 22,000 employees and it does not even cover half a year of average payroll. Yes, they carry $18 billion in debt, but that debt is asset-backed by physical vehicles, and the brutal hangover from Elon Musk using Hertz as his personal dumping ground is finally in the rearview mirror. Tesla completely rug-pulled Hertz. Hertz made a visionary bet on the energy transition, only for $TSLA to aggressively slash MSRPs overnight, cratering fleet residual values, spiking repair costs, and inflicting catastrophic book-value destruction. Wall Street algorithms and ambulance-chasing law firms like Pomerantz and Levi & Korsinsky pounced immediately, flooding the wire with class action deadlines to manufacture panic, shake out retail believers, and press their shorts. They missed one critical reality: you cannot download a rental car. Hertz commands an irreplaceable physical fortress of prime airport real estate that digital disruptors cannot replicate. While headline readers panic over a manufactured liquidity doom loop, the operational turnaround is already printing. Hertz purged the bad metal, refreshed over 90% of its U.S. fleet with newer models, dropped net monthly depreciation per unit back toward target levels, and swung to a quarterly GAAP profit with multi-year highs in Revenue Per Day. Add in their strategic evolution into autonomous logistics and fleet orchestration for partners like Uber, Lucid, and the new Oro platform, and Hertz is pivoting from a vulnerable hardware owner into an indispensable mobility backbone. The technical setup is a powder keg. Quantitative options flow and dealer positioning reveal that institutional players are severely overextended on the short side. When heavily shorted, distressed equity collides with undeniable operational survival, the upward repricing is not a slow crawl. It is a violent squeeze that leaves the shorts trapped in the lit book. They absorbed the absolute worst damage Tesla could inflict and survived. When the dust settles, the asymmetric upside here is massive. This is just a story about an American icon. Not financial advice.

🚨 $BBBYQ We’re entering the most critical weeks between September 14–21, leading up to 9/29, the Effective Date anniversary. When I checked the timing of $HTZ’s shareholder Recovery & Chapter 11 Exit Announcements, neither happened on a Monday. Both were announced on a Wednesday! 👀🔥
🚨 $BBBYQ × $GME September → U-November Timeline Thesis 🍂 SEPTEMBER 14-29 $BBBYQ 3 yrs NOL Preservation Ending Period, Chapter 11 Exit, Potential Restructuring / Announcement Window • Sept. 14 - 3-year anniversary of $BBBYQ Plan confirmation • Sept. 21 - 3-year anniversary of the DK-Butterfly name-change event • Sept. 29 - 3-year anniversary of the Plan Effective Date • Potential window for a restructuring/M&A filing if the thesis is correct • Key thing to watch: treatment of former $BBBYQ/Class 9 Shareholders, exchange ratio, NewCo securities, record/payment dates 🎃 OCTOBER - Warrant / Corporate-Action Cleanup • Oct. 7 - $BBBYW expiration • Oct. 30 - $GME warrant expiration 🎁 A restructuring could theoretically be announced before expiration and specify how outstanding warrants are treated • Alternatively, both warrant structures could expire first, leaving cleaner capital structures for a later transaction 🍁 NOVEMBER — Potential Implementation / Distribution Window • Both scheduled warrant expirations would be behind us • The old BBBY ticker would also be beyond the initial 90-day symbol-reuse window following the August NXH transition • If a restructuring had already been announced, November could theoretically become the window for closing, DTC/broker processing, NewCo shares/cash distribution and/or a new ticker. 🦋TLDR: 📄 Announcement first in September → 🗓️ effective/closing date second → 💰 new-share/cash distribution in November 🍁 making Teddy Thanksgiving Great Again! 🧸

Real synergy between the PULSAR HELIUM deposits and AMFN: deep inside the Earth, LENRs produce tritium. This tritium decays into helium-3, and this isotope accumulates. #FusionEnergy #NuclearFusion #ITER #CleanEnergy #Fusion #NuclearEnergy #Science #Physics #Tokamak #Energy $AMFN

Harvesting the Sun's nuclear energy in solar farms or wind farms is all well and good, but on the deck of a Zumwalt-class destroyer or an aircraft carrier, and on the top of the future TESLA armored vehicle, there won't be room for solar panels. We'll need our TEXATRON! $AMFN

🌐 THE STORY IN ONE SENTENCE American EcoFuels (formerly ECOX) is being rebuilt around Kepler GTL’s synthetic‑fuel technology, with control shared between CEO Richard Hawkins and GTL‑tech leader Brent Nelson, supported by a silent insider entity (Quantum Investment Fund I LLC) that strengthens Nelson’s voting power. 🧩 THE KEY PLAYERS (AND WHAT THEY CONTROL) 1. Richard C. Hawkins CEO, President, Chairman Controls corporate decisions, filings, and day‑to‑day operations Runs the public‑company side of American EcoFuels 2. Brent Nelson Director + 10%+ insider CEO of Kepler GTL Controls the technology the entire company is pivoting around Has additional influence through Quantum Investment Fund I LLC 3. Quantum Investment Fund I LLC 10%+ insider Uses the same Southlake TX address as the company Acts as a silent voting block aligned with Nelson 4. American EcoFuels (AEFO) The new operating identity of ECOX The platform for GTL, synthetic fuels, and modular energy systems 5. Kepler GTL The engine of the whole pivot Provides the GTL tech that AEFO will commercialize 🔥 THE SIMPLE CONTROL MAP Code Hawkins → runs the company Nelson → controls the technology + a major voting block Quantum Investment Fund I LLC → amplifies Nelson’s influence AEFO → the public platform Kepler GTL → the core technology Together, they form a dual‑control structure: Hawkins = formal authority Nelson = strategic + technical authority This is intentional. 🏭 THE GTL FACILITY ROLLOUT — SIMPLE VERSION Here’s how the GTL rollout actually unfolds, step by step. 1. Integrate Kepler GTL tech into AEFO AEFO becomes the commercialization arm for Kepler’s GTL modules. This is where Nelson’s influence is strongest. 2. Pick a site They choose a location with: Cheap natural gas Permitting advantages Infrastructure access Texas, Oklahoma, or Louisiana are typical. 3. Secure permits AEFO files for: Air emissions Water discharge Construction Hazardous materials This is the first public sign a facility is coming. 4. Raise capital They form a ProjectCo (a separate entity that owns the facility). Funding comes from: Strategic investors Infrastructure funds Government incentives Offtake‑backed financing Nelson’s tech + Hawkins’ public vehicle = strong pitch. 5. Build the plant An EPC contractor constructs: Modular GTL units Balance‑of‑plant Control systems Kepler GTL oversees technical integration. 6. Sign offtake agreements AEFO locks in buyers for: Synthetic diesel Naphtha SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) These contracts make financing easier and revenue predictable. 7. Commission the facility They run: Cold commissioning Hot commissioning First liquids Ramp‑up to full capacity This is when the project becomes a real business. 8. Replicate Once the first plant works, they: Build more License the tech Form JVs Expand into SAF markets This is where insiders benefit the most. 🎯 THE BIG PICTURE (IN PLAIN ENGLISH) American EcoFuels is being built as a synthetic‑fuel platform powered by Kepler GTL technology. Hawkins runs the company. Nelson brings the tech and a major voting block. Quantum Investment Fund I LLC strengthens Nelson’s influence quietly. Together, they can build GTL facilities, raise capital, and scale into a multi‑facility synthetic‑fuel producer.
