New zine! We did a special about the @TChesterfields - the band whose song gave us the name for our zine. Includes fan memories and an interview with Simon from the band. Link to buy in bio/comments

Try that again with the correct tag @TChesterfields
So, we have another zine on the go. Some of you may know that the great indie pop band @TChesterfieldwrote the song that gave our zine its name. We have done an interview with Simon from the band and want some bits to go with it. Anyone like to contribute something related?

We made a silly little music video for @TChesterfields song Postpone The Revolution :)
It's got puppets, green screen, claymation, the full works!

POSTPONE THE REVOLUTION
New video! This time it’s for ‘Postpone The Revolution’, the b-side of our new single. Created, animated and filmed by Joe Strickland, the video features puppets, plasticine Chesterfields and a perilous journey.

It's a beautiful song, lyrically too. That's true of the whole album. I wasn't expecting the emotional response I felt. Songbird made me cry....it's just the artist names, it's like looking back at my life! I'd add The Chesterfields tho. Oh, & The Caretaker Race!

Wonderful Debbie Lee animation, conveying the sweetness & sadness of the song. The recent album (New Modern Homes) by longtime loves @TChesterfields can feel like an old & new friend in one. It also has a "things can be tough, but just listen to this great song" sort of uplift.

A wonderful night seeing @TChesterfields. The last time I saw them was at the Polygon club in Southampton in 1989 with my ex boyfriend’s band in support. They were sublime tonight and have aged to perfection.
