I love how the trailer hides the fact that most of this movie is live-action. Kids must’ve felt so gipped.

Hair is from the 60s, but this does remind me of Sonic 3 using END OF THE LINE for their 70s flashback, which was…what.

Fact: This film takes place in the 1960s. But in this scene, they’re singing a song from the 1970s.

My biggest theory from the Obsession movie is that Nikki started acting differently because of Bear’s wish from the One Wish Willow, thoughts? #Obsession

People suggesting Massie run for Mitch’s seat in a special election seem to be forgetting that Massie still has his House seat until Jan, which would be when the Senate seat would expire.

Rewatched Toy Story 2 for the first time in years, and it’s interesting how Woody never considers Bo when he contemplates going to Japan. I would say Bo is secondary to Andy, but that would imply she mattered period. Toy Story 4 is kind of revisionism.

Why is nobody talking about how it makes no sense whatsoever for Superman’s fortress of solitude to look like THIS and for planet Krypton to look like THAT

It opened on a Wednesday, stop sounding the alarms. This movie will make a billion.

I recently interviewed @TalesToAstonish and @GrifSheridan , the writing team behind Supergirl Survive. This was a special one for me, as I’ve known them since they were teenagers. Promoting them on DC’s official site - what a moment. dc.com/blog/2026-07-01/kara-…

Kara Zor-El is on a Cosmic Coming of Age Odyssey in “Supergirl: Survive” | DC

Supergirl: Survive is an Elseworlds series that asks, "What if Kara Zor-El had been able to complete her original mission and she and Kal-El had escaped Krypton together?"

Lots of people have walked away from that ending thinking Ruthye killed Krem. I was unsure when I first saw it. It reminds me of the killing joke ending.

I wrote an article for DC‘s official website breaking down the Easter eggs in the new Supergirl movie dc.com/blog/2026-06-29/round…

Rounding up the Easter Eggs in “Supergirl” | DC

Tom King and Bilquis Evely's Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is the big one, but DC's latest film references many other elements of the larger DC Universe.

This trailer played during my second showing of Supergirl, and it was so bizarre. Like, INTO THE TOM CRUISE-VERSE.

You would think the score was much lower, or that Superman was five years ago, not last year. The RT score is not great, but it’s not a cataclysm. The movie also hasn’t opened for the general audiences yet. I liked it, and I hope they do too. If not, this isn’t obituary time.

Supergirl giving Kerm a different ending is interesting, but I get it. The ending he had in the comics would have never worked in the movies. The audiences would’ve never accepted it.
