The rumor that at #Disneyland the #Matterhorn will be demolished and rebuilt is unlikely to happen. Assuming that occurred it could amount to a $800 million+ project with the ride and surrounding development.

When #SplashMountain opened guests could view the image of their drop on these screens. The camera capturing the image, the screens and the in between equipment required was no small challenge to the Imagineers.

Smart Project Management always uses building materials that the local contractors know how to build with. Paris Tower of Terror is concrete vs Florida which is steel is an example. The use of material in DAW wasn’t a moment of revelation.

#TokyoDisneysea features a view inside a theme park that faces out creating an environment where a theme park seemingly extends out into the ocean. #TDS is a master class in theme park design.

#Aquatopia closed and this waterfront may be next for future attractions at #TokyoDisneysea. Rides are good but this environment can’t be replaced (& the volcano viewed from this angle will no longer make sense.
