Though he's missed, he never missed when it came to his craft. "I Found You" is the ONE.

San Francisco's @kmaxxmusic of @SweaterFunk crew sadly & unexpectedly passed away on Dec 29, leaves behind an enduring legacy, and some incredible music, including a great new modern funk EP 'Selections'

I’m shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of @kmaxxmusic (official statement on his IG). RIP. I first met him at this 2017 show — he greeted me like an old friend, warm and welcoming. Of course, it always feels like you know someone through their music.

Mannn...RIP @kmaxxmusic this is one of the 1st releases on @GGBRRecords and 1st I ever executive produced. I thought Ken + @kutcorners would make great music together so I connected them and shortly after, this was the result. Thank you Ken, for everything you gave us 🙏🏿❤️

Just heard that we lost @kmaxxmusic - terrible news. He was always so nice to me at @SweaterFunk and I loved his shows on @KPOORADIO Super nice, talented, humble guy. A huge loss.
RIP #BillWithers
You know he was great when his music could bring a room full of people to tears of joy, just from the music
