Day 16: watched the @LondonAirAmb land perfectly on a tiny outcrop of foreshore on the Thames today. They are truly exceptional!!

Day 15: Tower crew finished their epic 8 day cycle - cycling 542km, one km for every life saved since we came on service in 2002.

Day 14: fundraising for the RNLI in Waterloo station - so many amazing people giving their support. The haters can hate but there are 1000+ amazing people to every one hater 🫶

Day 13: a fabulous catch up with my work bestie from my last job. Had a proper gossip and drank 2 bottles of champagne! 🥂

Day 12: Completed EVERYTHING on my to do list for today. Which is nothing short of a miracle!

Day 10: Spent the day at the Cutty Sark showing kids how to save lives using a throwbag. Met some lifesavers of the future 🧡💙

Day 9: joined a paramedic crew for a 12 hour shift. Met the most wonderful 89 year old lady called Gloria. Helped her back in her feet after a fall 🫶

Day 8: Lots of visits at the lifeboat station - Environment Agency, Marine Police, Hems & our fundraising team.

Day 6: A brilliant conversation this morning about the mental health of lifeboat crew and how stations can work together to support one another.

Day 5: Sam bought me a double chocolate milkshake. It was delicious!!

Day 4: It was the Bermondsey St Festival today - which was a fabulous thing!

Day 2: My cat got a clean bill of health from a lovely vet called Sebastian who came round to the house and bribed her with @DreamiesUK to let him examine her 😻
