My heart is completely broken.I never thought I had to take precaution similarly to the way my mother did after 9/11.But here I am making sure I am extra careful when I’m in public with my son,so I’m not attacked because of what the media/politicians have said about Palestinians
I’m sorry but the @POTUS needs to take ownership of the lies he spread about Palestinians. The death of Wadea, the 6 year old from Chicago is purely because of the anti-Palestinian rhetoric that is being spewed!

We are shocked and disturbed to learn that a landlord in Chicago expressing anti-Muslim and anti-Palestinian views broke into a Muslim family's apartment and attacked them with a knife, injuring the mother and killing her 6-year-old son, Wadea Al-Fayoume. @cairchicago will hold a press conference this afternoon to share more details, God willing.
