📢 Exciting news! Our preprint on OncoGAN, a novel pipeline for synthetic tumor genome generation using GANs and Tabular VAEs, is now live 🧬✨.
🧠 OncoGAN models eight tumor types, generating unlimited samples that mimic mutation patterns, tumor heterogeneity, and mutational signatures found in real patients.
🔬 We’ve validated 800 simulated cancer genome VCFs—now freely available for download. These highly realistic genomes can power algorithm training, benchmarking, and improvements (e.g., boosting DeepTumour’s accuracy).
