BREAKING: Senator Roger Wicker of Mississippi and Kevin Cramer of North Dakota visited Kyiv on Friday with a pair of house lawmakers, where they met with several Ukrainian defense officials and suggested a deal to President Zelensky, according to the WSJ.
In this alleged deal, Ukraine would temporarily pause from striking Russian energy assets; in return, the U.S. would expand Ukraine's Starlink satellite coverage up to roughly 300 inside Russia, which would help Ukraine take out ballistic missile launchers.
It remains to be seen if these senators have the ability to make this deal happen, and if Trump is even willing to make such a deal given his increasing criticism of President Zelensky and Ukraine's continued strikes against Russian oil refineries

Americans currently in the Middle East should exercise heightened vigilance due to the complex security environment. Be aware of potential flight cancellations, airspace closures, and travel disruptions. Iranian-supported Houthis have engaged in hostilities against Saudi Arabia, including attacks on civilian airports and other critical infrastructure resulting in civilian casualties. The hostilities have the potential to escalate rapidly. Americans traveling to and from the Middle East should monitor information about airport and airline operations. Iran and groups supportive of Iran may target other U.S. interests overseas or at locations associated with the United States and Americans throughout the world, including U.S. businesses and other institutions.

Update: at 12:45 AM, police received a call reporting three suspicious vehicles heading towards RAF Fairford, prompting armed officers to respond, where they arrested 5 individuals under the Explosives act and were later further arrested on suspicion of "preperation of a terrorist act". 85 households were evacuated and a 400m cordon was established as Army bomb disposal specialists were deployed to examine the three vehicles. The investigation is currently led by counter-terror police.
Sources familiar with the investigation have told the Telegraph that Iranian agents are likely to have been directly involved in the suspected plot, rather then operating through its proxies. Police are also examining several possibilities, including a Russian sabotage operation or Islamic plot, however it's deemed most likely that an Iran-linked motive is the most likely.
This major incident occurred shortly after multiple reports surfaced of the base increasing its force-protection protocol, (FPCON) to Delta, which is the highest level and applies when a terrorist attack has occured in the immediate area, and or intelligence indicating that an attack is considered imminent.

A major incident was declared at RAF Fairford following the arrest of several men under the Explosives act, several homes have been evacuated in an adjacent village as well as the Army's EOD team being on scene examining a number of vehicles.
A cordon is also currently in place and stretches a substantial way out of the nearby village, beyond the sight of the homes. The police believe they have the situation under control.
This comes following several reports earlier yesterday that RAF Fairford was moved up to FPCON Delta, with Gloucestershirelive, a local paper also saying that intelligence reports suggested the base was moved to FPCON Delta, which is the Pentagons top force-protection level.

Comment from a USAF spokesperson regarding RAF Fairford:
'We are aware of the current reporting. For operational security reasons we will not discuss specific force protection measures. The 501st Combat Support Wing remains vigilant and will take appropriate actions to ensure the safety and security of our U.S. service members, civilians, contractors, and their families. We constantly assess a variety of factors that determine what measures we institute or modify to protect our installations, our people and their families.'

BREAKING: Pakistan has struck at least 10 targets across Afghanistan's Kandahar, Paktia, Khost and Paktika provinces. Islamabad says the strikes were limited to identified military targets, with released footage showing hangars, ammunition depots and border posts being hit. The Taliban have vowed an "appropriate" response.
The strikes follow a wave of terror attacks in Pakistan by the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) and the Baloch separatist BLA, most notably the TTP's September 18 attack in Kohat that killed 31 people, including 16 police officers, and wounded over 100.

In a press conference today, the head of the Danish Defense Intelligence has reiterated the warnings about limited military attacks from Russia, with isolated attacks with long-range weapons such as drones and missiles that target infrastructure that supports the ongoing war effort for Ukraine.
He also mentions the potential for false flag situations and deploying military forces in limited areas in NATO countries, while using the pretext of "protecting local Russian minorities," with the aim of this being to divide the alliance.
He also said to expect further escalatory hybrid attacks against Denmark and its allies, as well as that there is a small but increasing risk of Russia carrying out military attacks against NATO countries that border Russia, and that an invasion can no longer be ruled out, although it remains unlikely.

UPDATE: 🇵🇱 The alert in Polish territory has now ended, and the Polish military air operation has also concluded.
So, what we have so far is that, according to preliminary information, something was hit again close to the Yahodyn border crossing on the Ukrainian side.
One thing I can add from what we’ve been observing lately is an increase in drone activity over western Ukraine not in huge numbers, but more frequent than before.
We’re also seeing air-raid alerts in western Ukraine during the daytime, whereas these areas have more commonly experienced alerts at night.
So yes, definitely something worth keeping an eye on.
BREAKING: 🇵🇱 Poland has issued RCB alerts across parts of the Podkarpackie and Lubelskie voivodeships amid a reported Russian air attack on Ukraine.
According to preliminary information, another drone has crashed around 2 km from a border crossing with Poland, once again near the Polish-Ukrainian border.
Polish military aviation is operating in Polish airspace, while Rzeszów and Lublin airports have temporarily suspended operations due to military aviation activity.
