@bookingcom your flight booking service provided by "Go To Gate" is an abomination. Paid extra for flexible tickets, terms state clearly to contact you to change dates. On 2 calls was told I had to wait for a call back, never happened, then I was told to call the airline - no!!!
This is what @Ryanair thinks is an acceptable gesture for a flight that it will be cancelling eventually but won't tell it's passengers - a €4 voucher which gets you 1 soft drink in Bordeaux airport. You are absolute cretins!

@Ryanair why can't my wife check in successfully when she's able to check me in? We've been trying for 24 hours and can't get through to an agent via the phone or chat. Shows as successful then as still waiting on the next screen. We fly today!
What a disgrace of a company @Ryanair is. Finally get through to an agent on the phone, explained we'd been through all the check in steps several times only to be told to try one more time and have the call ended before being able to respond. Why bother having a contact centre?
