On the $SNTX Dividend We understand this has been the top question on everyone's mind, and we want to be straightforward about where things stand. Share issuance for the dividend isn't something the company or its CEO controls directly; that process runs through our Transfer Agent and requires FINRA approval. We acknowledge that earlier updates may have created confusion about timing, and we take responsibility for that. Here's where we actually are: FINRA requested additional documentation this week, and we submitted it promptly. It is now under active review. Based on where things stand, we anticipate the dividend being processed and distributed by the end of the month — potentially sooner. As we've noted previously, shares will be issued in restricted form. On the Yield Symbol We've been working back and forth with OTC Markets on the required paperwork. Additional items were submitted just today, and we've been told these should be the final requirements. We expect the yield designation to be removed soon. On Financial Disclosures Our financial disclosures will be uploaded to OTCIQ as soon as we regain platform access, which follows the removal of the yield symbol. $GTVH UPDATE - Our Company operates a logistics division which is beginning to thrive under its wholly owned subsidiary, LE Logistics—originally established to support Destino Resorts with a fully integrated logistics infrastructure. While Destino prepares for activation, LE Logistics is scaling independently. The company now owns 10 trucks, with 4 currently active and under contract with one of North Dakota’s largest aggregate suppliers to the oil industry. Each truck is averaging $135/hour, with nearly 100 jobs completed and over 2,000 tons of aggregate already hauled. The remaining fleet will be deployed up North in the coming weeks as we push toward full capacity. Our immediate priorities are clear: maximize fleet utilization, achieve operational profitability, eliminate debt, curb dilution, and build long lasting value for our shareholders. We have also identified several other high value opportunities in the region that our company is working towards in order to compliment and expand the overall vision for LE Logistics.
