$VXIT FleetPath weekly update.
Another big week..
- We made major advancements on the enterprise side of FleetPath. The platform can now efficiently search and manage thousands of freight records across large fleets. Whether a carrier operates 10 trucks or 1,000, every load needs to be accounted for. We're building FleetPath to support trucking companies of every size.
- We continued bringing the entire back office into the palm of your hand. Fleet management, permits, safety records, fuel, settlements, field tickets and approvals all received significant mobile improvements. Our goal is to give carriers the ability to manage virtually their entire operation from anywhere, without being tied to a desk.
- We made some exciting progress with our document intelligence and navigation integration. Using a real broker rate confirmation, FleetPath successfully extracted the pickup and delivery addresses from a photograph and connected them to precise street-level routing. Think about that. Take a picture of a document and FleetPath begins building the trip. Multiple processes coming together into one seamless experience.
- We went deeper into the financial side this week. Invoicing, payment reporting, broker scorecards and driver settlements all received improvements. We also strengthened safeguards across tracking, permitting, billing and equipment monitoring. When trucking companies depend on technology to make important decisions, accuracy and reliability are everything.
- Both iPhone and Android continued moving forward with improvements to navigation, invoicing, freight timing, driver statements and accessibility. Brokers also gained better visibility into planned pickups and improved morning briefings. One connected platform bringing drivers, dispatchers, carriers and brokers together.
- We also began a major upgrade of FleetPath Ace, our intelligent assistant. Imagine asking, "What loads are going out today?" and Ace immediately gives you the answer. No digging through screens or jumping between systems. Just a conversation with technology that understands your operation. We've completed an extensive review of Ace's architecture, and the first phase of additional safety improvements is now in review. I have some very big plans for Ace.
- 148 updates merged this week. More than 9,400 automated checks supporting the server side of FleetPath. These checks run as we make changes, helping ensure the platform remains stable as we continue expanding its capabilities. I'm extremely proud of the progress our team continues to make.
Here is where we are at.. We're continuing to refine FleetPath as we move toward deployment in our first three beta trucks. Every week, more pieces of this enormous platform become stronger. Dispatching, navigation, documentation, financial management and intelligent automation, all working toward one connected system.
Two years of work have brought us to this point. What started as a vision has evolved into something much bigger, and we're getting closer to putting it on the road.
The road is next. We couldn't be more excited.

🔥 TALKING 10X — EPISODE TWO! 🔥
🎙️ We’re back with another exciting episode of Talking 10X, featuring an interview with Lavish Enterprises ($VXIT)! @SteffD415 @OfficialVXIT @MicroCapTweets @papaspoppinpeny @CrusaderStocks @socialstartnow1
We really have something special with FleetPath. I hope everyone pays attention to what we accomplish with this company and has their eyes on $VXIT 👀 !! Today we simulated a demonstration of our full technology stack and it was truly remarkable to see it all work. Next step is running it in a live environment, and in our own truck. More updates coming.
$VXIT FleetPath weekly update.
We had another big week..
- Notifications now reach the driver on Android. Getting a message onto a phone that is asleep is one of the hard problems in mobile software. It has to leave our servers, cross Google's network, find a phone that has been sitting dark in a cup holder for hours, and wake a closed app up to show it. We tested it with the app open, running in the background, and completely shut down. It landed every time.
- Driver settlement statements now live on the phone. A settlement statement is how a driver gets paid. Every load he ran, what each one paid, what came out and why. Pay disputes are one of the biggest reasons drivers walk, and most of them come down to a driver who simply cannot see the math. Now he can, on his phone, with the receipts sitting behind every single line. It handles the unique pay structures a driver may have.
- We went deep on the money side this week. A carrier bills a broker, and if the invoice does not line up with the paperwork behind it, that payment sits for weeks. We made the ledgers reconcile, and made the dates on every invoice match the stored records and the PDF exactly. We also fixed how a long list loads. A fleet running hundreds of trucks has thousands of loads, and if a list quietly stops at the first hundred, that is real money nobody is looking at.
- And one of the most important parts is ensuring that FleetPath will always tells you the truth. Ace will not answer in a way that suggests a truck is cleared to roll when it is not. A message that has not finished sending says so. A review will not report success unless the record behind it actually saved and proved it.
- Here is why that matters more than it sounds. If software tells a dispatcher a truck is good to go and the paperwork is not right, that truck gets put out of service at a scale house. Now the carrier has an expensive fine, a late delivery, and a load that may not get paid. Every aspect of this technology works together like a brilliantly designed puzzle.
- 54 updates merged this week. 891 automated checks passing on Android alone. Those checks run every single time we touch the code, so we cannot break something that was already working.
- Here is where we are at.. We are not rushing this. We are polishing FleetPath down to the smallest detail because very soon it goes into three real trucks hauling real freight for a real carrier. Every hour we spend now is an hour we do not spend fixing something in front of a customer.
- I want it as close to perfect as we can get it before that truck rolls.
- Two years of work. The road is next. We are excited.

$VXIT - Sunday Update!
- Big week for us. FleetPath for Android is on a real phone and it is looking good.
- This is not a demo or a mockup on a laptop. We installed the app on an actual Android phone this week, signed into it, and ran it through its screens the same way a driver would.
- It is running the same professional navigation system with that powers our iPhone app.
- 22 screens are up and working. Loads, documents, accounting, the fleet map, offline maps, inspections, dispatch, messages and Ace. A driver or an owner can run their day in it.
- We put over 3,300 lines of new work into the Android app this week alone.
- A lot of that went into the readability. Plenty of drivers turn their phone text size up, and until now that broke the layout. Words got cut off, menus got crushed. We fixed it. Little things like that decide whether a driver actually uses your software or quietly stops.
- We also tightened security. If two people share a phone and swap accounts, the app now clears the business data in between. One carrier's information cannot end up in front of another carrier.
- Document handling got locked down too. An upload either goes through and confirms it, or it does not. No half saved paperwork.
- 23 separate updates merged in three days across Android, iPhone, the website, and everything running behind them.
- Then off the screen and onto the road. The title to our new truck came in this week. It goes on Seven And Two's authority next, our first carrier partner.
- That truck is step one toward putting FleetPath in three trucks and letting it run real freight. We have spent two years building this thing. Now we go prove it.
- Much more coming..

$VXIT - Just checking in to let everyone know we are heads down and locked in to launch FleetPath. The home stretch is in sight. Title just arrived on the truck, IRP and plates are next, and the technology is in the final stages of polishing the app experience before it goes in for real testing. There is a lot more in motion, and this silence is intentional. Once we kick things off, it turns into loud action.

$VXIT - OTC Markets Verified Profile Submitted ✅
$VXIT FleetPath weekly update. The team cooked this week.
- 88 pull requests merged into the platform in 7 days.
- We built a brand new intelligence layer into FleetPath. Its only job is judgment: making the calls a trucking office makes all day long. Is this broker legit or a fraud. Which route is best. Where should the truck stop for fuel. Is this truck about to break down. Is this contract a bad deal. It is wired into the major decision points across the platform and is being tested behind the scenes right now, checking its calls side by side before it ever takes the wheel. Trucking software stores data. FleetPath is being built to make decisions.
- The safety rules are locked into the code. It can never lower a fraud score. It can never silence an emergency. The only thing it can do on its own is stand down a false alarm.
- Ace just leveled up. Ask for the rate confirmation, bill of lading or proof of delivery on any load and Ace pulls the document up right inside the chat. No digging through email. No hunting through folders.
- Brokers now have their own seats on Ace. Carrier, dispatcher, driver and broker, one assistant across the entire load.
- Ace does not guess. If it cannot find the exact load you asked about, it tells you straight instead of making something up. Its at-risk alerts now match exactly what the Loads screen shows as late. No stale alerts. No invented answers. In trucking a confident wrong answer costs real money, and FleetPath is built to never give one.
- The iPhone app got a full rebuild for iOS 27. Native glass design, adaptive Loads, Dashboard and Pulse screens, a dedicated home screen for every role, and a new Ace orb that morphs while it works.
- Pulse, the FleetPath business dashboard, now runs for every seat. Driver Pulse is built from real settlement statements, standing and hours of service, so drivers see exactly what they earned this week. The office sees a full year of paid invoices plus every open broker load on freight in transit (for example).
- New carriers claim their USDOT number right inside company setup, and FleetPath checks it against FMCSA before a card is ever entered. Trust starts at the front door.
- Most companies ship an update. We shipped 88 in one week. This operating system keeps getting sharper every day. Much more coming..
- Also, a basic but cool video I built for fun (there is so much more about FleetPath that we did not include).

$VXIT - Today, Lavish unveils the security foundation behind FleetPath as the platform moves toward a planned three-truck beta. finance.yahoo.com/technology…
$VXIT - Update on Lavish Enterprises, Inc.
- We acquired a 2020 Kenworth T680 Class 8 truck tractor and leased it to Seven And Two LLC, a licensed interstate motor carrier, for 30 months and $60,000 in contracted lease payments. It is the first revenue-producing asset acquired under current management.
- That truck is also the first Company-controlled vehicle for FleetPath. Seven And Two operates it in live interstate freight under their own authority, while FleetPath can brand it and fit its telematics for the controlled beta. The software now has a real truck going on real lanes to be proven against.
- FleetPath now runs on iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Android tablets and the web, with one permission system deciding what every role can see and do across all of them. A driver, a dispatcher, an owner and a broker open the same platform and each get their own version of it.
- FleetPath does not require a carrier to buy or install ELD hardware to get started. No device to order, no install appointment, no waiting on a third party. That requirement is what has kept small carriers out of serious software for years.
- Heavy-haul permit checks are now bound to the exact route, load and equipment the permit was issued against. Every check returns one of three answers: authorized, divergent, or unverified. Anything unknown stays unverified. It does not pass. The permit stops being a document in a folder and starts governing where the truck is allowed to go.
- Location privacy is enforced in the database itself. Outside parties see a truck no sooner than ten minutes old, and that floor holds even against a direct read. The carrier owns its own movements.
- We are perfecting a live simulation of the platform so a carrier can watch a load run end to end, from paperwork through routing to delivery, and see exactly how it works before committing a truck to it.
- In the last six days alone our team merged 112 code changes across 643 files, wrote more than 52,000 lines and held 5,774 automated tests green.
More coming..
$VXIT - Form 1-Z filed, officially closing out the 2022 Reg A. This had to get done as we work toward our goal of audited financials. Another piece of the past cleaned up and another step forward. No shortcuts. We will keep documenting what we do, why we do it and every step we take to build this company the right way. We want our shareholders to see the work as it happens. We are building this in the open, and we are building it to last.

Every public company has a past. Not every public company can prove it.

$VXIT - We are building this company from the inside out.
Not just the technology. Not just the business. The infrastructure underneath the public company itself.
That is one of the reasons @MarketFortress matters so much to Lavish Enterprises. Better systems. Better controls. Better records. Better accountability. We have an opportunity to strengthen that foundation now, while we are building, instead of trying to bolt it on later.
Our goal is to one day graduate from the OTC to a senior exchange, and I believe the technology we are building with FleetPath has the potential to prove itself and put us in a position to achieve that goal. While we continue to build day in and day out, our job is also to make sure the public company behind FleetPath is being built to rise with it.
Market Fortress Paper No. 3 explains what “Institutional Grade” means to us and why the infrastructure underneath our public company matters.
We are not building $VXIT for where it trades today. We are building it for where we intend to take it.

$VXIT - This is the game changer I’ve been waiting to show everyone.
We designed FleetPath Ace to become the greatest employee a carrier could ever ask for. One that never forgets a deadline, never stops looking for missed revenue, never gets tired of repetitive work, stays ahead of problems before they happen and can go to work across virtually every part of the operation.
Ask Ace a question or give it something that needs to get done, and Ace goes to work.
It can find delivered loads that were never invoiced. Catch detention while the truck is still at the dock. Stay ahead of drug testing, expiring credentials, compliance requirements and maintenance. Help with dispatch, billing, claims, permits, finance and so much more. And it is designed to proactively find what needs attention without waiting for someone to ask.
All while the carrier decides exactly where Ace can work, what it can do and how much authority it has.
FleetPath was built to connect the trucking company. FleetPath Ace is being built to help operate it.
I believe Ace is the part that changes the way trucking companies operate.
Read our full news release below.
$VXIT - Today, we unveil a major breakthrough for FleetPath. Meet FleetPath Ace, an autonomous operator built to help do the work of running a trucking company. FleetPath connected the operation. Ace is built to help operate it. This changes everything.👇

$VXIT - I see the large blocks of stock being sold into our market, so I went directly to our transfer agent today and confirmed the facts. No new shares have been added to DTC since June, and I am not currently aware of any planned additions. Shareholders are free to make their own decisions, and I respect that. My job is to keep building and executing, and that is exactly what we are doing.
Tomorrow, we reveal what I believe is the true game changer behind FleetPath and one of the biggest reasons I believe what we have built is unlike anything else available to the trucking industry.
Some will stay. Some will leave. Either way, it doesn’t change what we are building or where we are going. Our focus remains exactly where it has been from day one. Build something extraordinary and prove it through execution. We will keep executing. We will keep delivering.
