I own very few OTCs because I consider them like a problem child. You turn your back for a second and you're like, What the hell just happened? But I see great potential in Javier, Crossfield Energy, and $UGIZ, and that's why I continue to hold. All the best.

Reason I'm focused on $UGIZ. There's going to be $102 billion spent to revitalize the oil infrastructure in Venezuela. Crossfield Energy has all the experience they need to get a chunk of that pie. And they only need, like, 0.0005 of it to drive this thing to goddamn .10. Watch

So much potential income with Crossfield Energy and $UGIZ, but they have to get this reverse merger finalized. That's the key that unlocks everything. Immense amount of work in Venezuela, and that work has large dollar signs behind it. Holding

$UGIZ has just under $300K in convertible debt. At $0.01 per share, that would equal roughly 30M shares for the bulk of that debt. Not saying that's what happened, but the math checks out. I contacted the transfer agent and am waiting for a response. Will Oscar confirm it?
