🚨 BREAKING NEWS: ONE DEAD, ANOTHER INJURED IN NORTHWEST D.C. DOUBLE SHOOTING 🚨
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Metropolitan Police are investigating a fatal double shooting involving two separate crime scenes in Northwest Washington.
One victim was located suffering from gunshot wounds in a courtyard in the 800 block of R Street NW. A second victim was found in the 1700 block of 9th Street NW.
One of the victims was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The other victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not released a suspect description, motive, or additional details at this time.
Anyone with information is urged to contact MPD at (202) 727-9099 or text anonymous tips to 50411.
