The older I get the more I stop chasing distractions and start chasing peace and quiet.
For me, that peace and quiet lives along the Yorkshire coast.
Salt air, open water and the noise of everything else fades away.

Whitby Abbey ♥️
Founded in 657 AD by Saint Hilda, this clifftop ruin has watched over the town for nearly 1,400 years.
Surviving Viking raids, the Dissolution of the Monasteries and even German naval shelling during the First World War.
It's said to have inspired Bram Stoker's Dracula after he stayed nearby in the 1890s.
Still one of the most recognisable sights in England.
