I think Landon Smith could really benefit from a conversation with Ken Hodcroft. People within the club have told me that the IOR era was by far the most professional both on and off the field, with incredibly high standards and attention to detail.
Rob Law@RobLawTeesSep 21
🔵 Given the fact pressure was already mounting on Clark & he appeared to be on borrowed time, you’d really hope a succession plan was already in place. Names on a list as a minimum. Many fans feeling like the same problems persist & early optimism evaporating. #Pools | #HUFC

I hope Liddle picks the phone up and seeks advice from Dave Challinor because he quickly identified the failings during his co commentary on @BBCTeesSport with @RobLawTees

Great commentary guys so far but sounds as though we are under the cosh. Not what we were expecting with the healthy budget provided by Landon. I know @RoyKellySport is a big Featherstone fan. Does he think Feaths could have done better had he stayed.

With Clark, Clayton and Chris Beech all being midfielders, I’m surprised that we are devoid of options in the middle of the park. Desperately lacking pace and creativity. Must change if we are going to compete at the top end of the table. Greg Ollie would have been a good shout
