Hey @rhoge - Something about my most recent @PSAcard Express Grading Submission has left me baffled. For the first time, two cards I submitted were flagged as altered (one altered stock and one recolored, the former I know for certain was not, while the latter I bought at a show, so I admit it might have been without my knowledge). While I have my doubts about your team’s assessment, what I can’t wrap my head around is how a PSA Grader can just make that judgment without documenting any evidence in grader’s notes when the submission tier expressly states that you’ll receive those notes. Without them, I’m now out the cost of grading and am left in a position where I have no evidence of how or where said alteration is on the card that I could take back to the vendor who originally sold me the card. Prior to this, my account was in good standing and I have never submitted any sort of altered card. I haven’t heard a lot of complaints of this kind, probably because those who alter cards will just take the L, but for those of us who don’t, shouldn’t this be handled differently?
