The different ways I work as a software engineer with ADHD:
- Do nothing all day.
- Work sporadically throughout the day with random spurts of energy.
- Do all the work for the week in one hour, usually around 5pm.
Been back behind the desks for nearly 2 months and first picture of a small setup - the SQ is such a nice desk for size and price

Having a few days off work with nothing planned has finally allowed me to start fixing my homelab and moving everything over to the new @youfibre connection that I had installed a few weeks ago. Now to get the IP tunnels setup for more public IP addresses

I’d love to see a future where research-enabling staff can pursue either a seniority track (going broader) or a specialism track (going deeper). Too often we lose our experts to general management, or they are stuck unrewarded halfway down the pay spine. 3/3

Rest is not the opposite of work. It's an integral piece of great work.
Ridiculous that a certain charity won’t accept furniture donations due to them ‘requiring assembly’ - how the hell do you think they got it in the house in the first place. The self employed collection team though were useful and said of 2 other charities that would collect
