Here's my advice while you can't go wrong with steelseries products in general you should grab the headset to suit your needs for instance if you have at most 3 consoles or you like the arctis mobile app get the nova pro omni to have every console & phone connected on 1 device

I totally empathize with you here. When software has a bug it can be super annoying. Our engineers are working on a fix and we're looking to release an update ASAP!
