#OTD in #SteelersHistory 1942 the #Steelers beat the Eagles 14-0 for a third straight win as reported in the Pittsburgh Press the next day. The confidence was building in Pittsburgh for their team and #SteelersNation would be rewarded with their first winning season at 7-4.

The thing about bringing in a new DC is this; would Tomlin allow them to do their own thing? #Steelers

The #Steelers have averaged over SEVEN yards per carry tonight and will lose. Unreal.

One of the most embarrassing defensive performances I can remember. Bengals have 475 yards of offense. #Steelers

The Defense is allowed to make stops. Might be a novel concept, but it's not against the rules.

Regardless of the result tonite it’s time to accept some truths. This defense is nowhere near “historic.” Not even close… #Steelers

Steelers did exactly what the Eagles do (guards jumping early on the tush push) but got flagged for it

Are they gonna call a false start on 75 tonight or nah??

Turnovers are killing us. This team doesn't win when we turn the ball over. Plus at least one dropped INT. Giving up 17 straight points is brutal.
