How long does it take to relocate a meter? We contacted @BulbUK in January and they promptly took payment for a meter relocation. Oh and it is April 25th and guess what.....no meter relocated. Can your supplier beat it? #energyprices #disgrace
@BulbUK On the date an engineer was booked in, they just rescheduled the appointment without contacting us. We only found out as we had been waiting at home all day! #badcustomerservice #disgrace
