Last VT (if no emergencies) of 2024, VT storm in ARVD. Nice #S3 EGMs in lateral epicardium with diastolic EGMs in VT. Only fat (CT) made RF a bit hard. No inducble + clean re#S3 map. Proud of our @hospitalclinic EP physicians, nurses, Beng’s, researchers an the rest of the team.

Inside PL-SVC, you will not find any branches. It is as if you have cannulated the Vein of Marshall. There are no CS branches there. To find the CS branches for LV lead placement you have to make an acute curve from PL-SVC to get to proper CS. Better to go from the R side.

#Epeeps Here are the anatomical relationships between the aortic cusps and the coronary arteries.
LCC and RCC are deeper than the RCA and LCA.
To avoid the coronary arteries, ablation must be performed deeper and vertically towards the aortic cusp in LAO view.
