We decided to do an anterior mitral line just medial to the LAA, from the valve up to the roof, transecting through the center of the pinwheel. Interestingly the flutter terminated during RF before we reached the pinwheel center.

We performed a double anterior line (2 lesions wide) just in case, proving bidirectional block afterwards with differential pacing.

Among patients with persistent #AtrialFibrillation and significant low-voltage zones identified by electroanatomical mapping, adjunctive low-voltage zone ablation added to pulmonary vein isolation improved arrhythmia-free survival at 12 months vs pulmonary vein isolation alone.
