Purpose:
Type in a topic/niche and it will populate hundreds of questions, keywords and topics related to that keyword.
Implementation:
This gives you an entire bank of content your ICP has Googled.
ie their:
-Pain points
-Curiosities
-Questions
-Interests
Use these for generating content tailored to attracting your ICP.

Go to Youtube, copy the video URL, and paste it into the software.
It will give you the video's transcript in seconds.
Copy the transcript into ChatGPT or Bard .AI and ask it to give you the main points of the video.
Don't spend hours watching videos when you can get the gist in a few minutes.

Youโre supposed to feel pain.
Every persons journey to success is unique.
But, thereโs 1 common theme:

The difference between those who make it and those who donโt?
The ability to control those emotions.

Yesterday was about offers.
Today is about making offers stand out.
This is how I created a unique offer in a saturated lead generation market.
Break free from competition.
So what is USP and VP?
They're similar, but have different focuses.
๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐พ๐๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐จ๐ฆ๐ฃ) is the special thing that makes a product, service, or business stand out from similar offers.
๐ฉ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐ฉ๐ฃ) is broader and concentrates on the overall value and benefits that a product or service brings to the customer.
So how do you identify yours?
Lets dive in...
What makes you stand out?
Look at other offers similar to yours.
Are there gaps in their offerings?
Areas where they fall short.
Your USP should fill these gaps.
Consider your own strengths and expertise.
What do you excel at?
Specific approach?
Unique skill?
These are questions to first ask yourself.
Try the "Because" Test
Fill in the blank:
"Our (your offer) is unique ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ค๐ข๐ถ๐ด๐ฆ (USP)."
For example:
"We are the only ones that offer personalized fitness plans because our certified trainers use a data-driven approach tailored to individual needs."
If you're having trouble...
Think of your target audience deeply.
What are their pain points and desires?
Your USP should directly address these factors.
Before I had a solid idea of my offer...
I asked people what they struggled with.
Use surveys and interviews to gather insights.
Find what truly matters to your customers.
Incorporate that in your USP.
Remember:
Solve a Specific Problem.
Your USP should be a solution to a specific problem your customers face.
Drill down to the core challenges they encounter, and position your USP as the remedy.
Clearly communicate how choosing your business will alleviate their pain points or fulfill unmet needs.
Now, moving on to VP...
Start by Identifying core benefits.
List the tangible and intangible benefits your product or service brings.
These should directly address what your customers are looking for.
Prioritize these benefits based on what holds the most significance for your target audience.
Clarity is key here.
Your VP should be crystal clear.
Avoid industry jargon or complex language.
Imagine explaining your value proposition to a friend who has no knowledge of your business.
Use simple language that resonates with your audience.
Think about the emotional appeal.
How will it make your customers feel?
For example:
If you're offering a cleaning service...
It's not just about a tidy home.
It's about the relief and joy your customers experience when they walk into a freshly cleaned space.
It's about the weight taken of their shoulders and the time they'd be saving.
Keep in mind you want your offer to stand out.
This could be a unique feature, a faster delivery time, or exceptional customer service.
This is how you make your brand more attractive in a crowded market.
Another aspect I figured I'd throw in:
Visual Elements.
Visuals should complement your VP.
Use images, graphics, or videos that reinforce the core benefits you're offering.
For example:
If your value proposition revolves around simplicity...
Use visuals that convey ease and transparency.
That's all for USP and VP.
The point of this series is to provide actionable steps and clear information needed to build the foundation of your agency.
Take action.
Integrate these into your brand today.
The goal is not to just identify your USP and VP...
They should be ingrained in your brand and guiding your decision-making processes and client interactions.
Hope you found this helpful!
Since you now know your offer and how to make it unique, next we're looking into crafting Sales Letters.
Your offer is no good unless it sells!
Until next time โ๏ธ

We're starting at the beginning.
The offer.
It's not just about the product/service.
It's not about setting a price.
It's about identifying the "currencies" your customers value:
-Time
-Money
-Energy
-Identity
-Reputation
All successful offers resonate with these "currencies".
This is how I was able to identify my offer with help from the legend @ChrisLDyson
Distinguishing between these is key.
Take fast food drive thrus for example.
-๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ด are essential (food)
-๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ต๐ด add desire (juicy cheeseburger)
-๐๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ is specific (juicy cheeseburger you can get quickly without having to get out of your car for a few bucks)
There's an enticing offer.
Ask yourself the same question your ICP asks...
Their 3am question:
"Damn, if I could just have __, my __ would be better."
That's where you'll find deepest needs and wants.
Remember, it's not just about offering a solution to their problem...(cheeseburger)
It's about creating an offer they can't refuse...(easy, fast, cheap "good" food)
A captivating offer isn't just a product.
It's a problem-solver, result-producer, and easy-to-implement game-changer.
It's big, fast, easy, and new.
Simple offers sell...
Stacked offers will make you rich.
This all starts with research and understanding your ICP.
What separates a biz that barely keeps the lights on vs one that thrives?
You guessed it.
Customer and competitor research are invaluable.
Uncover the problems your audience faces.
Understand their exposure to previous offers.
Knowing this allows you to position your offer as distinctive and superior.
(More on Research + Identifying ICP to come)
Break down your offer deliverables artfully.
Identify the features and benefits.
Study them.
Test them.
Let's talk price structuring...
Test options like:
-Soft offers
-Installment plans
-Limited-time offers
Another thing to consider: Risk-reversal.
This is all about addressing fears.
Frame your guarantee positively.
Examples:
Use the "hand raiser" technique.
This gauges interest before presenting the offer.
Instead of diving into details...
start by asking questions like:
-"Would you be interested if I offered a personalized fitness regime guaranteeing results in six weeks?"
-"Would you be interested if I offered a comprehensive strategy session to boost your online presence and increase customer engagement?"
This qualifies potential customers.
It's about creating a dialogue, engaging with your audience, and customizing your approach based on their responses.
Confidence is essential.
Present your offer everywhere.
Remember that every "no" is a step closer to a "yes."
Also remember that confidence and competence go hand in hand.
Ie:
Know your offer and ICP inside and out.
That's all for today ๐
Crafting irresistible offers is a blend of art and strategy.
Understand your audience's "currencies".
Solve real problems.
Present a solution that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
Next we'll dive into: Outlining Value Proposition.
See ya there โ๏ธ

I wanted to start with mindset for obv reasons.
I'll be honest...
Starting an agency is a headache most days.
Here are my mindset strategies to help me perform my best while remaining calm (even while stressed).
I'm not a huge basketball fan...
But I have massive respect for Kobe Bryant.
His mentality was (and is) massively inspiring to me as I was growing up.
What I've learned and integrated from Kobe:
His "Mamba Mentality" (MM) was more than a mindset...
Beyond the court, it symbolized resilience, dedication, and an unyielding pursuit of excellence.
At its core, MM meant approaching every challenge with relentless determination.
Kobe likened it to a snake's precise strike...
A metaphor for outworking, outsmarting, and outlasting the competition.
In Kobe's world, mediocrity had no place.
The Mamba Mentality demanded continuous self-improvement and rejecting satisfaction of past successes.
It hungered for more, pushing limits, breaking barriers, and embracing discomfort for growth.
What set Kobe apart was adaptability.
Kobe approached every situation with versatility and a refusal to be confined by norms.
It encouraged innovation, creativity, and a fearless pursuit of goals.
This is the mindset needed as an entrepreneur...
Not just one looking to build an agency.
Building a business is a rollercoaster of emotions.
The Stoic approach to entrepreneurship can be a game-changer, offering practical wisdom for keeping your cool.
In biz, you can't control every market flux or what others are doing.
Instead, direct your energy towards your actions and decisions.
By narrowing your focus, you'll find clarity and a sense of empowerment.
When facing setbacks, view them as opportunities to learn and adapt.
Stoics view challenges not as roadblocks but as stepping stones to improvement.
Did your marketing strategy flop?
Instead of dwelling on failure, analyze, adjust, and move forward.
It's a resilient mindset that turns setbacks into comebacks.
This might sound counterintuitive...
But Stoics periodically contemplate worst-case scenarios (Alex Hormozi talks about this)
By mentally preparing for challenges, you become more adept at handling them when they arise.
It's a preemptive strike against the anxiety that often accompanies the unknown.
While success is sweet, don't let it inflate your ego.
Similarly, when things go south, don't let failure define you.
Stoicism encourages a balanced view of both, fostering a steady mindset that remains unaffected by external wins or failures.
