Wykres pokazuje liczbę mieszkań na sprzedaż w Polsce od 2021 do końca 2024 roku, i widzimy tu coś naprawdę ciekawego.
➡️ Obecnie mamy prawie rekordową liczbę 176 206 mieszkań na sprzedaż
➡️ Od początku 2024 roku liczba ofert wzrosła o prawie 50%
• W 2023 roku było około 120-130 tysięcy ofert
• Najniższy poziom był na początku 2024 - około 120 tysięcy
