VICTIM'S RIGHTS 🧵 Last week, I was honored to host @GAMTbird in Annapolis. Giselle, a @MomsDemand leader here in MD, has been incredibly generous to share her story with me--& the world. Her son Jaycee Webster was murdered in Silver Spring, in my legislative district.
