One intriguing info that I found worth to pursue in our own Lab was reported in a poster presented by @sonyalogy from @FreddolinoLab, challenging the widespread notion re existence of xmosomal macrodomains in bacteria (at least in E. coli 🙄). Poster reproduced with permission👇!
