In a newly released video Green Party candidate Matthew Arndt [@endthecartel26] is not backing down: “The American people are losing the power to determine our own destiny. Our government has been captured by powerful interests, corrupted by money, and compromised by politicians who have forgotten who they were elected to serve. Those who were entrusted to defend our democracy instead bow before foreign governments, wealthy donors, and powerful corporations…I refuse to accept what America has become. We did not throw off the rule of a distant monarchy to surrender to a new aristocracy of billionaires, financiers, and foreign interests.” He also calls out the media for falsely labeling his criticism of Israel as “anti-semitism.” It is not hate speech or a hate crime to criticize the government of Israel especially when it is committing genocide with our tax dollars. Good for Matthew for refusing to back down to the corrupt two-party system that continues to sell the people out at every turn in order to enrich the ruling class. It’s time for a new party, a new system, and a new world where power resides with the people.

For more than two months, I have been working on a truly horrific story about one of the gravest war crimes committed by the United States since Vietnam: The bombing of the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab, Iran. It was one of the first targets struck in the opening hours of the war on February 28, 2026. At least 156 people were killed in the U.S. cruise missile strikes—120 of them were children and 26 were teachers. We spoke to survivors, first responders, parents, doctors, teachers, psychologists, and other witnesses. Some of them had never before shared their experiences of that day. It would be impossible to do justice to what happened in Minab that day with words alone. Write about what is happening in Gaza right now. This has literally gone beyond reason and crossed every boundary of humanity and human decency. A transport vehicle carrying a very large number of people was just targeted. The scene is beyond words; some of the people inside the vehicle literally disappeared in the force of the explosion, while others were thrown through the air over long distances. People in the tents surrounding the vehicle were also injured. There were children, women, and elderly people among those at the scene. Civilians who were simply on their way suddenly found themselves in the middle of an explosion that destroyed everything around them. Where is the world? Where is the so-called Peace Council? Where is all the talk about humanity and protecting civilians? Write about this. Speak about it. Show the world what is happening in Gaza right now. Do not let these scenes pass in silence.

Anthropic runs a biology lab that only uses less stringent bio containment protocols (BSL-1 and 2). They claim this is safe because they don't handle pathogens that can infect humans. But they also have an AI instruct humans to carry out experiments. A smart enough AI could instruct the humans to make pathogen that does infect humans without the humans realizing. This pathogen could then easily spread, given the weaker containment protocols.
