I’ve always taken this to mean that the shadow is the time to think things through before you do what you were going to do. Think of the consequences of your action.
On this day in 1942 the Lisbon Maru sunk after being torpedoed over 1000 British POW were killed. My Dad was a Survivor who spent the rest of the war as a POW on the Japanese mainland.
I definitely am getting old I just saw an advert which mentioned hydration goals. 😳 used to be having a drink when you were feeling thirsty.
