Pemberton Township Mayor Matthew Bianchini, as seen in video shot by a reporter with the Pine Barrens Tribune, charged a vocal critic at last night's council meeting in a moment that is already making significant waves as it is simply unprecedented in local and regional politics.
The mayor had to be held back by a former police chief who was the township's director of Community Development that he had fired just two weeks ago, and was further restrained and removed from the room by an ex-cop who is now a councilman, but not before the mayor told the resident, "I am getting you – I am fu***** getting you!”
The resident then demanded the mayor's immediate arrest (which did not appear to occur). Ultimately, all of those involved in the altercation were asked to leave the meeting. We will have coverage in this weekend's paper of what led up to this and the reaction to the incident.

PLEASE READ: One of the 7 Cornell rapists Scott Kretzschmar’s mother, Samantha Kretzschmar, is the Director of Public Safety (painfully ironic) in Fraser Michigan. Her department is hosting a public safety open house on October 20th! It would be nice if the Fraser community came together to demand her son face the consequences for what he and his friends did! This open house is supposed to make their community safer, meanwhile the director of their public safety is the mother of a rapist who is free and being protected.

Michael Tracey is among the men trying to out Jane Doe. She's the woman who was raped by the seven Cornell University students.
Tracey’s been using social media to call for people to send him information about her and promising to identify Jane Doe if he can get the information he needs.
Tracey has form for demeaning sexual assault survivors, including victims of Jeffrey Epstein and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
He does this under the guise of free speech and freedom of the press.
The only person who should identify Jane Doe is Jane Doe.
Otherwise, we need to protect her identity at all costs.

The President of Cornell University intentionally ran over a student with his car.
Just in case you thought the man ultimately accountable for rapists on their campus was any less violent or depraved.
Cornell then banned the student from campus.

As a Cornell mom 2022-2026, it’s stunning that the first time I heard of the Cornell 7 was this week, on Twitter.
Cornell’s “management” of the incident goes beyond catastrophic failure. They have signaled to the world that women are no more protected at one of the greatest institutions of higher learning in the world than they are anywhere else.
Furthermore, by allowing the attackers to remain on campus, they both endangered the safety of other students and further entrenched sexual abuse as a cultural norm.
Shame on @Cornell.

A reminder for anyone confused about the Cornell 7 situation:
1. Universities protecting male abusers is a tale as old as time. Cornell isn’t special, they just got caught.
2. The Cornell 7 AND their enablers must be held accountable.
3. But accountability here won’t erase the daily reality for young women on campuses worldwide.
Gender-based violence is still treated as a minor inconvenience by the men in power who run these spaces.

We’re angry and disappointed, not just by how this happened, but how it was handled, and not handled. We want justice for the victim and real consequences and accountability for the perpetrators. A mutual tweeted about this yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it. These men gang raped a young woman for hours and put katamine on their penises to continually assault her. FOR HOURS. Their punishment is writing essays.
Yet men can't understand why women are angry at them or don't trust them. The men screaming from the roof tops about taking away a woman's right to vote won't acknowledge this crime. They won't tweet about it. They won't even pretend to be outraged. There will sit quietly and say nothing.

So... @united ... you tell breastfeeding mothers that they have to cover up. But you and your entire flight crew let a woman be trapped in an SA situation and do nothing. Offer no help and do not have him arrested once the flight lands.
Did I miss anything? EVERY member of that flight crew was complicit in this and is an accessory to this crime. NO woman should feel safe flying with you.

A man masturbated during a flight while staring at the 25 year old sitting next to him.
He should have been removed from the seat and arrested at the gate.
This was sexual assault.
Shame on the airline for putting the responsibility to report it on a traumatized young woman.
United employees forced a 25 year old woman to return to her seat next to a man who was masturbating because the flight was full. After landing, the airline told the woman it was her responsibility to contact police and gave her a $100 travel credit.
