Seeing a lot of questions about the reason why Raichu is on the team.
Raichu X serves the purpose of beating psyspam teams and opposing Zard Venu. Those were 2 of the matchups I least liked facing with the core of the team
Sand and Glimm/Raptor are probably the only bad matchups

Raichu X is a fun Pokemon, played into two tailwind Glimmora teams unfortunately and couldn't get the reads right, we'll get them tomorrow!

Unfortunately lost in Top 16 at Baltimore Regionals due to two ill-timed critical hits in separate games and my opponent connecting 12/12 Head Smashes in the set. Overall very happy with my performance, especially the two stream sets I was able to play!

Playing with an updated version of my Dragapult team from a week ago, everything seems to click and hope I continue this momentum tomorrow!

Finished 88th at NAIC 2026 with a 9-4 record! Unfortunately got really unlucky early on which hurt my resistance for later.
Despite not finishing as high as I hoped, it was awesome to see my Lycanroc-Dusk team pop off as much as it did and Lycanroc even making the Day 2 graphic!

People calling for Champions to nerf this or nerf that and I really hope they don't listen. Balance patches are cool, but each VGC meta has always felt like a puzzle you can solve in the team builder. I'd hate to see people give up on searching for solutions and just cry nerf
