The dual kawase blur is the industry standard algorithm that works the same as the kawase while also downscaling the render and upscaling back to full resolution each pass (O(n) -> O(logn))
On 4090: 0.04ms
On 1660: 0.42ms
(at 1080p)
a 50% increase over the original kawase blur!
