I avoid dumping on other projects as I try to be positive but seeing so many vibe coded TS compilers flex microbenchmarks saying they are Nx faster than Node as headline figures on their website is incredibly misleading and makes me want to make a serious comparison instead

my letter to microsoft requesting a copy of the linux kernel under the terms of the GPL is now in the mail!
i even used one of their very own fonts in an attempt to curry favor
it's expected to arrive wednesday, will update once i get confirmation of delivery
also used a personal check so i will know when (if?) they cash it
now we wait
