I visited your altar of suffering and it was shiny and clean. But when I visited your altar of enjoyment I noticed a layer of dust.

I just heard someone say “maybe you don’t need more time to heal, maybe you need more experiences that show your nervous system a different realty”
And, yeah.

I hate to say it but brain rot didn’t begin with ChatGPT. Short-form videos are designed to be addictive, and too much exposure can destroy your focus, curiosity, and joy in living. You need to be ingesting long-form content: novels, essays, educational books and videos.

Trickster archetype exists for a reason. There are problems the warrior cannot meet in battle, enemies that exist as systems that cannot be conquered. The trickster is the warrior transposed into systemic context.
Tricksters get a bad rap as evil, but it’s not quite that.

If you have a dream, you also have what it takes to achieve it.
Dreams don't just appear randomly, they emerge from something within you that's already capable of making them happen.

A lesson I wish I learned earlier: Your entire life will change the moment you stop looking for more information and start acting on the information you already have.

Kids are stupid and that's why they win. They don't know love hurts so they love everything. I learned love destroys so I love nothing. Kids waste their hearts on people who don’t deserve it. I save mine for no one. They're fools. I'm smart. They're happy. I'm empty. Kids cry when something hurts them. Right away. Loud. I swallow pain until it poisons me from inside. Call it maturity. Kids want things and ask for them. Shameless. I want things and hate myself for wanting. They forgive because they forget. I remember everything and forgive nothing. Kids see magic in dirt. I see dirt in magic. They're dumb enough to believe the world is good. I'm smart enough to know it's not. But their dumbness gets them everything. My smartness gets me nothing. The kingdom belongs to who never learned to doubt. I learned too much
