Mark Nawaqanitawase on The Good, The Bad & The Rugby - podcast talking about fitness conditioning demands of League. A lot more running. How they do breathing exercises. He past out on day 2 in league they had put him under a cold shower. Only started feeling comfortable after his 8th game. 50 minutes of BalI in Play Time will have this effect on athletes. Those fools that driving BIP in Rugby Union, it means players like a Thomas The Tank and Wilco Louw will have no future. It is time we leave those drivers of BIP behind.

Just heard an Aussie sledging his own team, the bowlers are older than the top 6 batting scores in this game. That is a bit nasty.

A full-blown taxi war is unfolding in Cape Town, with taxi drivers and owners seemingly targeting one another. The violence is so unpredictable that telling commuters to be careful hardly seems enough. Gunmen strike without warning, opening fire in public spaces. A commuter was among those killed during an attack on taxi operators in Delft this morning. Now, another active crime scene in Maitland, where two taxi operators have been shot.

Difficult to compare test match performances over a period of time and across generations but this group after the Test World Cup final this must be one of the best!!

Since yesterday morning AUS lost 19 wickets - 20 over to spare plus lost a few overs to rain as well.

PLEASE stop this now. What did Temba done to you? 🤣🤣🤣
If this match is drawn, the blame lies squarely on Temba Bavuma for not declaring earlier. Without the rain, Australia would have wrapped this up, but now a draw is inevitable. It highlights a frustrating habit of the Proteas💔😭 their inability to clean up the tail enders.

Cameron Hanekom on the bench. Jeandre Rudolph not even in the XXIII. All eyes on Cheswill Jooste currently Mister Excitement. Between him and Sebastian de Klerk Pace Unlimited. Must be some of the fastest two wingers around in Club Rugby.

AUS cricket media on socials asking a lot of questions about 99, 13 wickets in one day and have to follow on. All historically. Highly impressive day by the Proteas. However what is the weather doing in Gqeberha?

What do they have in common in those years? Sacha F-M in 2022 Paul de Villiers in 2023 Zachary Porthen in 2024 Riley Norton in 2025
