I've sent a DM. The DPD courier did not allow any checking time..so I have a broken item stuck kin my kitchen. Damage is significant. Should never of been sent

Ive recieved a notification that my @skyvegas account has been barred from all promos even though I am a good @SkyBet customer. And play in the right spirit ie make regular payments into my account and bet responsibly. Anyone else experienced surprise restriction this morning? 🤔
