Funnel congruency -> So make sure the ad speaks to the same audience as the landing page.
Example:
Ad: Do your feet hurt after a long day of walking? -> Landing page: 8 Reasons Why This is The #1 Shoe To Loose Weight ❌

How do you find the perfect combination between creative and lander? We often have creatives we wanna test against different landers
Shinka retweeted
got a lot of questions about this… most "creative problems" are actually funnel problems 😵💫
your ad can have a 3% CTR and still print zero sales if the lander is talking to a completely different person
it's called funnel congruency and almost nobody gets it right 🧵👇

AI-ANIMATED LISTICLES are blowing up rn 💥
Look at our Mars Men concept.
6 reasons why men over 40 are choosing Mars Men instead of Viagra.
Target audience = dads dealing with low testosterone.
This format is WAY more engaging than another static listicle.
You can basically test 2 options:
- Buy box directly inside the listicle
- CTA to PDP / dedicated LP
That’s what we’re testing.
And from what we’re seeing...
This shit is printing for almost everyone lmaoooo.
Supplements especially.
- GPT to generate the visuals.
- Seedance 2.0 to animate them.
Even better if you use the SAME character across your ad creatives + listicle so the whole thing feels connected.
And guys, we track what a stupid amount of brands are running...
This format is growing FAST.
And it’s evolving every week.
This is where DTC supplement funnels are heading.
Steal it for your brand.

i'm begging you:
- go to amazon
- search "back pain" or "dog treats" or "kitchen organizer"
- open the #1 best seller
- filter reviews to 1 star
- read what people hate
- "broke after a week." "sizing was wrong." "smells like chemicals"
- those complaints are your entire business
- sell the same type of product with a headline that says the opposite of every complaint
- "lasts 5 years." "true to size guarantee." "odor-free formula"
- the buyer who reads the 1-star reviews on amazon and then sees your ad with those exact fixes feels like you read their mind
- amazon did the product research. the customers wrote your headline. the complaints wrote your ad copy
- you just read them
- do this in 5 categories. each one has a best seller with angry customers writing your marketing for free. every day. forever
- Print $25K/mo from problems amazon's best sellers can't fix
1) why 1-star and not 5-star?
- 5-star reviews tell you what people like. you can't sell "what people like." everyone already has it
- 1-star reviews tell you what's broken. you CAN sell the fix
- the complaint is the product idea. the complaint is the headline. the complaint is the ad hook. one review gives you all three
- the best sellers with 3.5-4.0 star averages are the goldmine. high demand + known problems = your opening
2) how do you turn complaints into headlines?
- "handle broke after a week" → "reinforced handle. built to last 5 years"
- "instructions were impossible" → "assembles in 45 seconds. no tools needed"
- "fell apart after first wash" → "still perfect after 50 washes. machine safe"
- "way smaller than pictured" → "actual size shown. 12 inches. no surprises"
- the complaint names the fear. your headline names the opposite. the buyer's brain connects them instantly
3) how do you find the best categories?
- search amazon best sellers in kitchen, pet, health, beauty, fitness, baby
- filter to products with 1,000+ reviews and a 3.5-4.0 star average
- 4.5+ stars means the product is genuinely good. hard to beat
- 3.5-4.0 means everyone buys it but everyone complains about the same thing
- the gap between "everyone buys it" and "everyone complains" is where your store lives
4) how do you make sure your page converts the complainers?
- your FAQ section addresses every 1-star complaint directly. "will this break?" "no. here's why"
- your first image shows the product surviving what the competitor's failed at
- your guarantee specifically covers the complaint: "if the handle breaks in 12 months we replace it free"
- the buyer who read those 1-star reviews 10 minutes ago lands on your page and sees every concern answered. they buy because you addressed doubts they didn't even tell you they had

Best DTC listicles I found this month 🚨
(Supplement edition)
- drinkneubrain.com/pages/show…
- hydrohbottle.com/pages/lil-t…
- shop.ryzesuperfoods.com/p/da…
- try.javvycoffee.com/cs05
- primalqueen.com/pages/6-ways
- primalviking.com/pages/7-rea…
- moshlife.com/pages/5-reasons…
- mycarpe.com/pages/10-reasons…
- magicmind.com/pages/5-reason…
- mudwtr.com/pages/calm-seeker…
Takeaways:
- Hydroh is leaning HARD into first-person story angles
- Check availability CTAs are dominant across listicles.
- Javvy already started pushing Early BFCM offers
- 40%+ discounts keep showing up across the stronger listicles
- RYZE is doubling down on the AI / cartoonish style
- Primal Queen started testing new listicle format
The brands scaling hardest are NOT relying on one page.
They’re covering more angles with more pages, new offers, and a stupid amount of testing.
Low key funnel diversity > creative diversity.
Save this for your brand.

For anyone who isn't plugged in, the new alpha is basically just target black people with song ads
make sure the song mentions:
- Cheating - (ideally man cheating on girl)
- Girls sister needs to be involved in some way
- Physical transformation happens as a result of your product
- The person that got cheated on gets better sexual partner (original partner see's this and gets jealous and is full of remorse)

When an ad stops working, most brands go back to a blank page.
That's the expensive way.
You already have something proven. Change one thing about it and you keep everything that made it work.
38 things you can change:
1. Add a bold headline over the first frame
2. Change the opening visual, keep the voiceover
3. Put a real customer comment on screen as the opener
4. Stack two proven openings back to back
5. Cut the intro, get to the product faster
6. Spend longer on the problem before you solve it
7. Join two winning ads into one
8. Film the same script with a different creator
9. Same creator, completely new script
10. Film the same script from the opposite gender
11. React to your own ad on a greenscreen
12. Have a second person stitch and react to it
13. Remake it with an AI voice and avatar
14. Rewrite the headline as a question
15. Rewrite it as a customer quote
16. Rewrite it as a number
17. Swap the supporting copy for different benefits
18. Change the button text
19. Add a deadline or low stock badge
20. Add your customer count or star rating
21. Change the background, lifestyle instead of plain
22. Move the headline above the product
23. Make the text bigger for an older audience
24. Change the music and the pacing
25. Remove the captions so it feels organic
26. Or add bold animated ones
27. Put the talking head on one side, the product on the other
28. Keep the voiceover, replace every visual
29. Rebuild it as a POV
30. Keep the visuals, write a completely new angle
31. Work reviews into the script itself
32. Rewrite it for someone who doesn't know the problem exists
33. Turn the winning headline into a script
34. Turn the strongest line of the video into a static
35. Add light movement to a static, a zoom or a text reveal
36. Break it into a three frame carousel
37. Refilm the winning script properly
38. Combine two winners into one longer ad
None of these start from zero. All of them keep the thing that already worked.

Nothing in ecom is as important as your offer.
With all the brands we've scaled (IM8, Huel, & hundreds of other 7/8/9fig brands) the offer is always the #1 driver of growth.
Not fully understanding how offers work is the most expensive mistake you can make in this business

Belief Break Native Static Concept:
One of my favourite static concepts currently.
Visual hook with 5 Myths About xyz You Must Know (Brain can't move on without knowing the answers)
When swiping i didn't personally add the 'The real cause is simple' and below section. I kept the Myths then created a native about 'I used to think xyz' 'I used to try xyz thinking xyz' etc.

here’s another BANGER ai ad format you can steal for your creatives
it’s called the Chalkboard Explainer style (insane retention on these)

Static ads are dead.
that is the dumbest take in Meta Ads rn.
as a person who used to spend $9M/month on paid,
here are 7 reasons why they are wrong:
> videos cost x20 more and take longer to produce
> you have only ≈0.3 seconds for a hook before scrolling in videos. In images, that’s enough.
> trending static formats outperform x5 than professional-looking images
this is exactly why we built Higgsfield Ads Studio.
it reads about your product and studies what’s already performing in the market.
paste your brand link, choose your products, and decide how many ads you want.
I tested it myself. If I were a business with paid ads, I’d put this straight into my business-as-usual workflow.
I gathered a notion doc with the best prompts to maximize Ads Studio.
