Your Body Runs on Glucose. Stop Fixing. Start Understanding. The world's first and only FDA-cleared AI-driven app and CGM for weight management and wellness.

Joined November 2020
Signos has launched the first ever FDA-cleared glucose system for managing your weight and I couldn’t be more excited. When I founded Signos in 2018 with some friends, I did it with one goal in mind: Help people see exactly what their decisions do to their body. It was a tool I wish I’d had when I played college hockey and saw my weight swing all over the place, especially during off season. The truth is simple: glucose is your body’s central fuel source. And if you can learn to use it to your advantage, managing weight and your metabolism in general becomes a little easier. Since its inception, Signos has helped tens of thousands of members get closer to their goals. And now, after a lot of hard work, we’re excited to announce that Signos has been FDA-cleared for maintaining a healthy weight. It’s the first non-surgical, non-pharma glucose tool to target the root cause: lifelong habits. Filled with AI-insights and in-the-moment feedback, Signos puts people back on track to making smart decisions. See the impact of your choices before the scale ever does. That’s the power of Signos. Along with this announcement, we’re launching a completely new brand and a more affordable than ever price point. We could not have done this without the amazing support of our partners at @dexcom, the amazing team that puts their soul into this work at @SignosHealth, and to our members who are at the root of everything that we do. You’re gonna die if you go back 🤣 (Kinda true) Consistency - walk after meals - that came along with my @SignosHealth - it gamified consumption. I could see my blood sugar rising in real time and Signos would tell me I had a 10-20min window to start exercising. Two effects: 1. It helped me modify consumption so I wouldn’t get massive (high) and wide glucose spikes. 2. It encouraged the exercise side at the right time to help reduce it. Lower spikes -> better insulin sensitivity Better insulin sensitivity-> less transport to fat

it's actually incredible how effective a post meal walk is at regulating blood glucose my wife and i have very different bodies and different learnings from this process but that's been consistent for both of us

Ever feel like you’re doing everything right, but still not losing weight? It might be time to try a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to track when you turn on that fat Storage hormone! I use @SignosHealth to learn how my body operates when I eat food. It may surprise you on what turns it on. One of my surprises was coffee! @KenDBerryMD just posted about this very same thing. The fat storage hormone is what needs to be controlled. By wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), if a spike is indicated by the app, then I take short walk or just do some body weighted squats. That lowers my glucose spike because my muscles absorb the glucose. Not my fat cells. If you don’t wear a CGM, then I’d recommend just a short walk for 10 or 15 mins after each meal. Check out @SignosHealth if you’re looking for a great CGM device. DISCOUNT CODE: gr3f.co/c/52517/pmVII #lowcarb #type2diabetes #insulinresistence #ketodiet #carnivorediet #ketovorediet

No more coffee… I’ve been monitoring my blood glucose via @SignosHealth continuous glucose monitor. I’ve begun to see a trend…after I drink coffee…. …..a few hours later my glucose spikes to 130 mg/dL. Nothing too crazy, but…. ….if the coffee is spiking it. Maybe it’s causing undo stress on my system. So, for the next few days I won’t be drinking it. I usually have one cup a day. In the morning a few hours after I wake up. Wish me luck 😭😭😭 #lowcarb

One more thing. Raspberries did not spike my blood glucose. Strange because blueberries do. #ketodiet #carnivorediet #lowcarb

@SignosHealth continuous glucose monitor is installed. I’m primarily a low-carb consumer. Meat first. Then some organic fruits. Do you think whole organic fruit will spike my blood sugar? #glucosemonitor #carnivorediet #ketodiet #ketovore
