A new art primitive for digital art nearly complete. If you’re an artist interested in playing with it first, lmk - going to have a private beta. Broadly, we don’t need marketplaces or platforms, royalties are part of settlement and you’re not restricted to popular art file types. I’ll share the white paper publicly soon.

1/ How I infiltrated a Chinese organized crime syndicate that has laundered $1B+ across multiple exploits for Lazarus Group.
Posing as a client, I gathered intel that helped action freezes for the Feb 2025 Bybit exploit and attribute illicit activity onchain.

With Insta360's Spatial Capture officially released in the US today, we can finally announce our partnership with @Insta360.
Yes — Insta360’s Spatial Capture feature is powered by KIRI Engine.
By combining 360° cameras with KIRI Engine’s 3D Gaussian Splatting technology, we’re making it dramatically easier to capture large real-world environments and turn them into immersive 3D spaces.
One of the biggest breakthroughs here is the capture workflow.
Compared with existing 360° Gaussian Splatting workflows, Spatial Capture is dramatically simpler
We believe 360 cameras can become one of the most natural ways to capture the world in 3D — and this collaboration is a big step toward making that happen.

No one seems to know that Disney gives away 3D assets for free 🐭🏰
They're giving a way these incredibly high quality VDB clouds under and a generous CCA3 license.
An easy free way to add some movie grade quality to your scenes and renders

You guys remember PixelChain? It was the first fully on-chain pixel art project. Launched in April 2020 and closed in September 2021. Only 2,804 mints are included in that original contract - now called PixelChain Classic. I've built a little commemorative site for it pixelchain.subterranean.xyz
There is an about page, all 2,804 mints, and an artist page ranked by number of mints. I've started adding names and links to the addresses as I find them. If you see something that needs correcting, please let me know.

Your flatbed scanner can do a lot more than scan documents.🖨️
We tried LUMEN-PS—a clever open-source tool that turns four scans into relightable material maps.
The results are seriously impressive. 👀

🚨NEWS: UK Government ordered Apple to let them spy on our phones AGAIN.
Apple is bringing a new legal challenge over fresh orders from the Government to create a backdoor that would effectively break encryption for millions of British users.
This is a serious attack on our privacy & civil liberties.
This renewed attempt to push through a mass surveillance order, after failing last year, is deeply authoritarian.
The Government must withdraw this draconian order.
