Great case to be part of. Omnipolar and OTNF detection algorithm helped cut through the complex signals, guiding targeted ablation even in complex VT. These aren’t just maps, they’re decision tools. Powerful tools in tough cases. @AbbottCardio #HDGrid #Omnipolar
Basal LV scar, Impella assisted Endo- Epi VT maps, prolonged CL at epicardial exit site but successful termination with endocardial RF. @andrealgriffith @AbbottCardio

First time mapping a Farapulse PFA case with Abbott's new 3.1.1 Contact Index software. Petals 🌺 light up in blue 🩵 when making good contact with tissue and turn gray when floaty. Good adjunct to ICE! Worked well with a local impedance threshold 10-12% above baseline. #EPeeps

Complex signals annotated precisely with #HDGridX and OT Near Field algorithm. How many channels do you see in this VT circuit? Incredible mapping and ablation by @dhakalbish of @MUSC_EP

How cool is this?! First-ever Over-the-Air (OTA) software update — Installed within 1 hour of regulatory approval! No downtime, no delays — just seamless upgrades. Kudos @AbbottCardio for always improvising . First Ensite 3.1.1 with Contact Index assessment— Precision with the Farawave catheter + ICE = efficacy and safety alongside efficiency #EPeeps

First case using #GridX with the 2 new sensors on the tip. Mapped so much faster than regular Grid, due to it being in high confidence 100% of the time, with way less geometry editing. But the best thing is no more having to say "We need more voxels"! 😂 #EPeeps

It was a great privilege to do the 1st global procedure with the new @AbbottCardio Advisor #HDGridX catheter with @DrMatthewHyman at @pennmedicine. The added sensors & v3.1 software enabled faster, accurate modeling & provided a great efficiency enhancement to Ensite VoXel Mode.
Replying to @AbbottCardio
Excited to partner with @AbbottCardio for the global launch of the Advisor #HDGridX catheter!  De novo MA AFL.  The new sensors & software enabled faster mapping & identification of lateral conduction block creating a critical isthmus. Maps by @AndreaEP65 #EPeeps @pennmedicine

Abrupt V3 transition with V2 pattern break, and this time got it from R-L interleaflet triangle (ILT) within seconds. 27 ms pre-QRS. V2 pattern break so likely too close to pLAD from GCV/AIV, so didn’t waste time there. Great mapping @georgecrowell #EPeeps

Hey #EPEEPS How's this for a circuit?!? Atypical Afl with a long narrow channel in a very low voltage area. EGMs spanning the full TCL were imperceptible on the recording system, but not on Grid with Nearfield-OT. Frequency based mapping annotates the critical isthmus with almost-perfect accuracy. Less than a handful of bad points in an 18k point map, voltage cutoffs of 0.1 mV would've hid the majority of this isthmus on the map. The propagation map below has voltage cutoffs of 0.02 mV. Voltage, however, is still useful in conjunction with frequency mapping. The whole channel lights up with low voltage, high frequency emphasis giving us a discreet target. Flutter termination when putting the catheter on the channel. AML to follow. EGMs and other associated images in the comments #EnsiteX #Abbottproud @AbbottCardio

What is it about the R-L interleaflet triangle (ILT) between the right and left coronary cusps that causes it to be the site of successful ablation for so many LV summit PVCs? @Maeskander @DrRoderickTung @DrFerminGarcia @javadm20 @narrowQRS @B_Naz_MD @MBarakatMD #EPeeps #ablateVT

Newest Ensite software - helps plan your lesion set with #PFA catheter visualization! Works for lesion sets with PV and beyond PV such as posterior wall isolation. #ICE for contact assessment and mapping for lesion overlap - continuing the #ZeroFluro journey with #PFA continues. @AbbottCardio @bostonsci @StBernards #ArrhythmiaResearchGroup #epeeps @Medinbox

Extremely helpful new module in clinical situations w catheter stability is suboptimal and impedance changes are difficult to asses. This allows for longer applications . In this obese pt observed significant difference in peak Vs average imp drop in certain areas. Happy wed
AID (Average Impedance Drop) Module just dropped for X 🎯 AID filters impedance fluctuations caused by catheter and cardiac motion to give you a true impedance drop during HPSD ablation Filtered Impedance trend in orange is easy to interpret during ablation 👇 (yellow is unfiltered) Automarks can also be AID guided! Another great tool in the 🧰! @AbbottCardio Your thoughts on AID @vivasfhrs?
