At our Seaton House project, ground conditions meant traditional sheet piling wasn't suitable. We installed a King Post Wall, allowing excavation to continue safely.

We’re making good progress on 25 new properties, with plans to refurbish part of the adjoining building to create a further six apartments.

With all substructure works now complete, we’re preparing for the ground floor screed before superstructure masonry begins on the five new homes.
