At our Seaton House project, ground conditions meant traditional sheet piling wasn't suitable. We installed a King Post Wall, allowing excavation to continue safely.

Cavity trays may be hidden, but they're one of a building's most important defences against water ingress. We use NHBC-compliant IKO Hyload systems and keep them clear throughout construction to ensure lasting performance.
