@TurkishAirlines I’ve been trying to select seats for our Dec 4 YYZ–IST–ISB flight (PNR: S6NBJG) for over a month. Your agents confirmed a ticketing error, promised callbacks, and I still can’t even pay for seats for my toddler. CTA complaint filed. Need escalation.
I’ve already filed a formal complaint with the Canadian Transportation Agency (@CTA_GC). I’m also preparing to raise this with the Turkish Consulate (@TC_TorontoBK) here in Toronto if this continues unresolved. I’m hoping @TurkishAirlines can address this quickly.
For over five weeks, the seat map has been completely unavailable due to a technical failure on your end. Your own staff told me this is “totally unacceptable” and “rarely ever happens,” yet nothing has been fixed.
